TIPS TO STOP SMOKING


 WAYS TO QUIT SMOKING




 


This is my personal experience while struggling to quit smoking, it is to quit smoking is very hard for a smoker, but when we can with suskses beat the urge to smoke and decided to stop smoking this is a remarkable succes.

It is just the tips that I do to stop smoking:



  1. Be strong determination and our will, because quitting smoking must start from ourselves not the wishes of others.
  2. Calculate the profit and loss when we smoke, both in terms of health and finance. Because obviously cigarettes would interfere with our health and it has been much research done and a lot of reference to know that through the Internet, from a financial point imagine just how much money we spent to buy cigarettes, you try to count if one day to buy one pack of cigarettes Rp. 12.000, - means for 30 days was Rp 360,000, - and how much money you spend in 1 year ... ???, not money you spend on tobacco can be utilized for something more useful and does not cause disease.
  3. Ask for support from people - people around us, especially the family, and the people closest to us to strengthen our resolve to quit smoking. 
  4. Find a distraction while the taste / desire to smoke arises, this can be done by eating small meals / snacks or sweets
  5. Never tolerate the urge to smoke again, for example: Only one rod wrote, ah just the same gathering as friends only. Do not ever do that what if you really want to quit smoking
  6. Expand to read and find information about quitting smoking, many references and inspiration that we will be able to a lot of reading and searching for information about the dangers of cigarettes on the internet or other media media
Terms of the above that I do to quit smoking, smoking cessation success in my opinion is a remarkable achievement and be proud of, because not all smokers can do.
