There are many habits that lead to heart disease. Some usually associated lifestyle habits that are not good. As we all know smoking, alcohol consumption, lack of exercise, having a diet rich in cholesterol make heart health is getting worse.
But apart from these habits, there are some habits are more dangerous than that, that can affect your heart health. Here are some bad habits that we rarely know, which can cause heart disease.
1. Ignoring brushing teeth. Your teeth play a greater role in overall health. Because bacterial infections of the teeth, can attack heart health.
2. Sleeping too much or too little, can be disastrous for your health. A study has shown that, disproportionate numbers can affect the release of hormones in the body. Which can lead to heart disease, heart attack, obesity, and stroke.
3. For some people had a reason, never visited a doctor, even when experiencing some of the symptoms of the disease. We better ask advice from friends or family to health problems. Occasionally went to the doctor would not hurt.
